Supporting the GTM Strategy and Process team, the remote Business Process Analyst will document processes, build business requirements, and drive AI-enabled efficiency while coordinating project delivery for high-priority initiatives over a 6-month duration. Key responsibilities Document and structure current and future-state process designs into clear documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures Draft and organize business requirements documents that translate process designs into requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams Coordinate project delivery by tracking milestones, dependencies, and action items while maintaining alignment with cross-functional partners Required qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions, including marketing operations and business process analysis Demonstrated experience in mapping and documenting end-to-end workflows Proficiency with process-mapping and diagramming tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio Experience writing business requirements documents (BRDs) for technical or systems teams
